He communicates really well...I always know how my dogs are doing. He handles my 2 large, energetic shepherds gently yet firmly and completely pampers my little papillon (he lifts him over the puddles on the walk so his feet don't get dirty). Laurel and Mark are a great team. We had a good vibe about them from the get go. The initial interview with us and our dog Harper was prompt and friendly. It's a big responsibility to have someone looking after your pet, let alone a stranger coming into your house, but Laurel and Mark were very professional and put us at ease immediately getting to know Harper and providing references. With their great instincts, love and patience they have helped to improve Harper's walking skills!!! They also left a brief diary entry of what happened on each walk that we really liked too.
